Hello everyone here is today’s Marlins a Full Body Workout! Continue work hard and take advantage of the opportunities that each day presents! Very excited to see everyone soon! Until that time continue to set the bar high! Go Marlins! 

 

Before any of our Marlins Start their workouts please make sure they get a good 10 min stretch.

Workout 1 ( Deck Of Cards Workout) 

Each athlete will pull from deck of cards randomly one card. Once you draw your card see what you have? Cards 1-10 x 5 = amount of time you do a workout. If you draw a Jack , queen , king , Ace or Joker you do 12 reps of whatever workout you are on. The workouts listed have to be done in that order. Before you start this workout set your timer for 25 minutes. Until your timer is up you will repeat the following workouts below in this order.
